Mike Tolle retired from SPX Cooling Technologies which is a Fortune 500 company. SPX is a leading cooling tower and air-cooled heat exchanger manufacturer with 150 offices worldwide. Mike has worked in manufacturing for over 35 years specialized in Operation and Materials Management. Mike also worked in Strategic Sourcing for over 8 years and retired as a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager. Mike has worked as Plant Manager in China for 5 years in the factories in Guangzhou and Shanghai.
Sha Li
Lisa has 19 years of experience in human resources management, with 10 years in the United States and 9 years in China. In China, she worked in human resources management in the IT industry. In the United States, she established a research and development center for the world’s second-largest global mechanical manufacturing company, headquartered in China, as part of its global expansion strategy. Recently, she worked for one of the Fortune 60 companies as HR Leader, overseeing the branch with an annual revenue of $1 billion. She holds a certificate of Senior Professional In Human Resources from the United States for over a decade. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology in HR from Peking University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software from Sun Yat-sen University.
David Gregor
Expert in Mechanical, Electrical and Automation Designs. David has 55 global patents and 3+ decades of hands-on practical experience in strategic planning, design, process and business development, compliance, manufacturing, project management and systems engineering. David has worked 15 years in John Deere, 20 years in, and currently holds the position as Global Leader in CNH. He recently is using deep learning in AI and advanced IT to develop a global standards database.
Karri Gregor
Karri is the creator of KinderBach, a piano-based music curriculum for children aged 2 to 7. She has authored and illustrated workbooks, videos, stories and composed songs using the characters she has created for the program. This curriculum is widely used by home-schooling in the U.S.Karri is an accomplished high realism and portrait artist. Her passion for art also branches out into metal engravings. Karri’s creativity spills over into healthy living style, plant-based cooking, creating recipes for non-dairy cheeses with her own brand Comfort Food Farms.
Janet Deng
Twenty years IT project experiences in the insurance and health care industry. Mostly focused on integrated software solutions within an organization to manage various business processes and improve operational efficiency. Currently working for Accenture North America as a Business Architecture Associate Manager.
Lulu Li
Lulu graduated with a master’s degree in computer Interface Design from United States. She moved to Australia in 2009 to shape the next generation. She has in-depth experience with Education, Culture Difference among China, US, and Australia, and Work-Life Balance
Ziqi Song
Ziqi is a family education expert, female growth consultant, and mother of three children. She has over 20 years’ experience in marriage, family, parent-child relationship education. She has helped over a hundred women successfully overcome confusion and move towards a happy life. She founded Nanjing Beijia Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., organized numerous Loving Couples Camps and parent-child lectures, and has provided individual counseling to over 1,000 people.
Christine Hilbert
Christine brings both scientific and business acumen in Biotechnology Industry, having worked in the scientific and technical marketing for over 15 years and prior experience in scientific troubleshooting and hands-on laboratory work. Her experiences range from large corporations (Sigma-Aldrich, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Trane Technologies) to small start-ups and technology companies such as Netsmart and Catalyst Fierce Digital Marketing to non-profits organizations such as AAFP. She holds a Bachelor & Master of Science from the University of Akron, as well as a Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Cell Biology from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Ying Li is a seasoned finance professional with a dynamic 15-year career spanning data analysis, corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, and streamlining data workflows. Holding a master’s degree in finance from a prestigious Australian university and a CPA from the United States, she brings a unique blend of global expertise and technical acumen to her field. Whether it’s professional accounting, advanced data analytics, or strategic financial planning, she is committed to offering support. She is passionate about helping others unlock their full potential and confidently navigate the complexities of their career journey.
